On Saturday our church was a part of an event called the Farm Fest here in town. The Chamber of Commerce put it on and Impact decided to help out with it. We helped set up the hay maze, ran the hayrides, and we had an Impact Church booth too! We did face painting for the kids, gave out popcorn and had a dunk tank! Nick and Wesley took turns getting dunked and no one could get my hubby to get in there...I wonder why. :) The kids had a great time and we had a lot of people come check out our booth and hang out. It was a lot of work to get ready for but a lot of fun! We got rained out about 3:00 and headed home to crash. :)
Oh, another fun part of Farm Fest was finding out that a guy from our church is VERY talented and makes and sells furniture, decor, etc. to raise money for Compassion Outreach. I found a few cute pieces for the house!
