Two days after Max's birthday, we packed up the car and headed up to Michigan for my sister's big day - her wedding day! We were excited to go home, spend time with the family, and celebrate Matt and Molly getting married. It was go-go-go as soon as we got there - there was so much to get done! My older sister Julie and her husband Jay offered to have the wedding and reception in their backyard so there were many, many days of preparation. We were so thankful to Jay and Julie for all their hard work on getting it ready! Anyway, after many things got done - getting paper lanterns ready, decorating jars and vases, filling the jars and vases with flowers, running errands, setting up lights, chairs, etc. - it was finally Friday, the day before the wedding!
We all gathered at Julie and Jay's for the rehearsal and it was the perfect night for it. Everything went very well and everyone did great!

After the rehearsal, we headed to Apple Mountain Ski Resort (hee hee!) in Freeland for dinner at Kathleen's. It was delicious and we all had a great time visiting!
After dinner, many of us went back over to Julie and Jay's to hang out and have a bonfire. It was the perfect night for one! So fun!
